When our vehicle broke down out of town, it was towed to another city instead of here in Orillia. The dealership doing the repairs arranged for a rental here in Orillia for me. Brenda picked me up at home and brought me to my rental. I received excellent, friendly service upon check out and check in. When there was some miscommunication about a charge, the manager took care of that right away, with no additional charges to me. I would not hesitate to use the company again should the need arise.
Great experience with rental from insurance claim.All handle with extreme professionalism and swiftness. Absolutely no complaints. Will again when warranted. Usually on vacation abroad. Staff was friendly, and experienced.
Vehicle wasnt clean when I picked it up and had an offensive smelling air freshener installed.
