Professional, friendly, and helpful as per usual. No wait upon pickup of car and we were offered a free upgrade, which we happily accepted. We greatly appreciated the agent (unexpectedly) meeting us in the parking lot upon drop-off. This sped up the drop-off process and made the airport experience that much easier. Highly recommend Enterprise every time.
We were treated to an outstanding rental experience with Enterprise... since we are an "older" couple the agents took the time to introduce us to features of our rental that we were not sure how to use.... Thanks for making our vacation an enjoyable driving experience.
Friendly and efficient pick up and drop off
We rented a nissan versa from Enterprise for a 3 week holidays in the maritimes. The rental was fantastic. Had no issues with picking up or dropping off car.
