The staff were consistently professional, courteous, and attentive. They made the rental process smooth and stress-free.
Excellent service with ERAC in st.johns. All the staff was so pleasant. They even offered us a shuttle to the airport.
Presently enjoying one of their rentals. I had a very welcome experience at their location on Kenmount Road, St John’s, on Tuesday when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. My reservation was for a 9:30 pick up, but as they had an overly busy morning, I was asked to take a taxi at their expense, from my nearby hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!! Made a booking from September 22nd till 26th, specifically asked for Toyota Camry. The lady confirmed the booking over phone and vehicle (Toyota Camry) When I arrived to pick up the rental I was offered an SUV (Nissan Kicks free upgrade) or some sedan for cheaper price. At this point I didn't argue as I didn't have a choice, my friends were down from Niagara Falls and a vehicle was needed to explore the province. I haven't rented a car in a very long time, basically since I got my own car way back in 2018. But my last memory of a car rental for myself was very much through Enterprise.
