The employees are very helpful and a joy to do business with.
They are liars. Don’t waste your time they will gaf you off
Wouldn’t waste my time here! Reserved a vehicle ahead of time only for them to not have it! Then towards the end of the return date they charged me a bogus fee for refueling charge when I was told not to fuel the vehicle again. I was also charged an extra rental day when I turned it in the same time frame of 24 hrs - anything over two extra hrs they would have to charge you. I was told I was not going to be overcharged instead they lied to me about that and charged me anyways!
Enterprise in Port Lavaca was super helpful and expeditious! Great overall rental experience!
