My wife Just came from Enterprise and the lady was rude, first and foremost, secondly she refused to give my fiancé' her car because her bank account (my bank account that she is on) doesn't match her drivers license, is that correct? I rent from enterprise all the time and shamefully I never take the time to review but it looked like we were going to get stuck in Port Lavaca and really wanted to get back to the Dallas area. I cannot remember the name of the young lady I just dealt with but she put every effort to make it happen and we were finally able to head home. Super friendly and helpful. I dealt in person with a lady named Elizabeth. Her customer service skills were top notch. She was very polite, professional and helpful. I did make a couple calls to the office and spoke via phone to a guy named Max, I believe, as well and he seemed very nice and professional as well! Great team there!
