I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent car rental experience. A couple of weeks ago, I had reserved a vehicle online well in advance, specifically one that could accommodate seven people. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick up the car, the only available vehicle was in a damaged condition. I felt I had no choice but to accept it, as there were no other suitable options available on the lot at that time.
