Great customer service! Howie and Richard are phenomenal! They always answer all of my questions with knowledge and understanding. I always feel confident when I drive off with my rental. Thank you guys for everything!
We booked a premium elite SUV, and its availability was confirmed in the application. However, upon arrival, the booked car was not available. The only available elite SUV was still on its way to be returned, so we had to wait an hour and a half to receive it. But, the staff did their best to address the situation and were helpful throughout.
I made a reservation at Ajex location and they let me wait for 20 min then they told me they ran out of vehicle and took me to Pickering location. The guy who drove me to Pickering locations bad driver. Drive fast on 60km. I would recommend this location
