BUYER BEWARE: this is a franchise! When they overcharge you and don't honor the terms in the Enterprise online booking, you are stuck. Enterprise's hands are tied because they don't own this particular outlet and can do nothing to help you. As this franchise was unresponsive when I tried to get credit for overcharges, Enterprise told me my only recourse was to dispute the charges through the credit card company.
