Excellent vehicle and price
I want to give a big five-star review to this Enterprise location. They have helped me twice during urgent situations, and I’m genuinely grateful for their kindness. The first time, my car broke down during heavy snow. I had to find a rental immediately, but there were no cars available in the branch that day. Raj heard my situation and went out of his way to make a few calls, coordinating a very nice Mazda SUV for me. It truly saved me at a difficult moment. Great Customer Service and Very Professional
Rented a truck was massively over charged! DO NOT trust this place! No unlimited km here. Dawson Creek Location picked me up from collision shop and then refused to drive me back when they said they could not rent me a truck. Enterprise will be last on my list of if I am in need of rentals in the future.
