The lady clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable, even when she couldn't find my friend's country of origin in her system. All around a good experience here.

The representative there was absolutely outstanding and she deserves a raise for sure but....the suv I was supplied with was an absolute PIG on fuel...had this suv for over a week and only put a little over 140lms on it cause I couldn't use....Brutal.

Not the best over experience customer service wise. I had originally called to reserve a vehicle. The lady operating the location was very condescending and unprofessional. I have used this company in the past but this was a new location. Was unable to answer any questions I had. The vehicle was “new” but idled funny, had a service engine light on and the trunk was not cleaned properly which prevented me from putting any items in there. People,,, Stay away from this so what car rental. Nothing more frustrating than some telling you you have a car, and when you get there there is none, This happened to me the canada day weekend. I will never go there again, wow Enterprise Stephenville, not good.
