The lady clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable, even when she couldn't find my friend's country of origin in her system. All around a good experience here.
The representative there was absolutely outstanding and she deserves a raise for sure but....the suv I was supplied with was an absolute PIG on fuel...had this suv for over a week and only put a little over 140lms on it cause I couldn't use....Brutal.
Not the best over experience customer service wise. I had originally called to reserve a vehicle. The lady operating the location was very condescending and unprofessional. I have used this company in the past but this was a new location. Was unable to answer any questions I had. The vehicle was “new” but idled funny, had a service engine light on and the trunk was not cleaned properly which prevented me from putting any items in there.
