Mateo is literally the hardest working employee I've ever seen. He stayed late to make sure I got a car (and saved my weekend in the process!) I saw him on the phone with another customer and he was incredibly kind and compassionate there as well.
I visit this Plymouth Enterprise often as I have to travel a lot for work. The staff at this location is always incredibly accommodating and helpful. Katelyn, Nick, and Collin have most recently helped me with my rental transactions and they always ensure it was a positive experience!
Great experience with these folks. Easy in and easy out. Nick was great and accommodating. Was very helpful with the rental and made sure I was taken care of. I would rent from them again
