I always choose this location because of the great customer service. Tabitha was professional and did a great job handling some of the inconvenience I experienced. I truly felt like they cared about me as a customer. I appreciate that!
I did a rental from this location with Rols Gourdet serving as my rep. He provided the free pickup in a friendly, helpful manner and moved me through the paperwork process easily and smoothly. Like most Enterprise locations I visit, this one provided me with great service and reasonable price for a 1-day 1-way rental. I dropped a rating star, not for the service, but for the unacceptably smelly car I received. i’ve always had great experiences at this enterprise site
The worst rental experience literally ever. Have never met more racist unfriendly rude people in my life. Changing over our entire system to never use enterprise again. They lost out on about 18 rentals per month. All because of these uneducated racist awful people. Absolutely the most horrible experiance possible. Literally could not have been worse. They made monkey noises and told me to get out, they called me an undeveloped chimp while ushering me out the door. It was horrible. If I could leave a worse review I would.
