Absolutely terrible experience. I reserved a premium vehicle specifically to pick up my family of seven from the airport, and when I got there, they said they didn’t have it only a sedan. That doesn’t even come close to fitting seven people. Why take reservations if you can’t honor them? Don’t waste your time calling either—they don’t answer, and if they do, they just put you on hold. This place is a joke.
