Confirmed car 3 times.. show up... no car.. and the reservation was set up the wrong day. Even after I confirmed the day and date 3 times. I have a vehicle now from another location that is filthy even after I made them clean it again. Its covered in sand and left over food and grime everywhere. It's quite disgusting and nowhere near the standard of the vehicle that is being fixed.

I'm a loyal customer at enterprise I love the staff and and the respect that they give at boy scout drive the staff crew is awesome... Kelly wienges and staff work very hard to make there customer happy and I would like to say thanks...
