Absolutely love renting at the boy scout location in Fort Myers. My family and I went through a fire in 2023 and I had to rent a vehicle 4 weeks at a time. After letting them know what I was going through. They gave me a phenomenally great discount on my weekly rate which allowed me to save money for other important things during that hard time. Very professional and efficient people.
The cars they have are clean and nice. Parking lot is an absolute nightmare yo deal with. Super tight spaces and always packed.
Terrible experience. They didn't have the car i reserved, staff was apathetic and unhelpful. A complete waste of time and the money it cost to Uber over there and back home again.
