First class car rental experience.
Terrible customer service. Gave my rental keys to someone else and then gave me a vehicle in desperate need of an oil and filter and refuse to service the car. So now I am driving something for 2 months that needs service and isn’t reliable. Both the manager and the enterprise customer service line treated me so poorly and said either return the vehicle and go without or keep driving it! Don’t rent from them!
Conveniently situated within Smithers Airport, renting a vehicle from this Enterprise location is effortless! The branch manager, Harsh, is friendly, affable and a pleasure to deal with. He had the paperwork ready for our arrival, and explained the terms to us without any preamble, which was nice after our long, tiring flight. The SUV rental was in good shape and came pre-filled with a tank of gas.
