Very busy place! Make reservation at least a day ahead. I made mine the same day online and they didn't have the compact I wanted. But the system took my reservation of the compact anyways.
Took a trip to AZ through the desert with my 95 year old mother. Rented a Ford Expedition the night before the trip. I wasn't comfortable with a mechanical noise I was hearing and didn't want to risk breaking down in 114 degree heat. I stopped by the Chino Hills location on my way out of town. The staff was apologetic and, without hesitation, upgraded me to a Grand Wagoneer in much nicer condition -- no extra charge! Top marks for customer service and a no-hassle experience.
