I was weary renting from this location because of the so so reviews. However, Bianca and another young lady helped me through the process of finding the perfect vehicle for my family trip. They went above and beyond and were patient with all my questions. I already booked another trip from this place because of the positive experience. Only negative was, there was one employee working on the Sunday when I dropped off. There needs to be more help when the office is open.

1st-time renter and the person who assisted patiently guided and waited for me to produce the documents they required, I am following Dave Ramsey's Financial Advice (I got rid of credit cards) so I used a debit card. I am blessed to drive a new Nissan Rogue that friendly Jonathan handed and made sure to be cleaned interior and exterior, worth a few minutes' wait. So I rented a vehicle from them on Thursday May 21st, a Ford Escape 2025 and at first it seemed really nice but I was so wrong. we had gotten chick fil a and before we called it a day, I look down at the floor mat and I see a roach! I immediately freak out cause of course you don’t expect to see that.
