WARNING do NOT reserve a car from here!! I’ll keep it simple: had a reservation arrived and the car size wasn’t available. I was moving my daughter to college so needed a bigger vehicle. 3 month reservation plus a follow up call two days from reserved date. All good on Enterprise end however when I arrived no vehicle after 1.5 hr wait I accepted a smaller SUV. After signing the rental agreement and taken to the rental vehicle the car did not work. I had a very disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. I reserved a vehicle well in advance, but when I arrived, I was told they had no cars available. No call, no warning—just a shrug and a "sorry, nothing we can do." The staff seemed indifferent and offered no alternative solution or compensation for the inconvenience.
