When i need a rental I always come here. Que is always professional and kind. If you need to make reservations immediately or weeks in advance they will get you right.
The staff at Enterprise was professional and very helpful. They really made the entire process easy. I would definitely recommend Enterprise!!
If Enterprise promises to put customers first, provide high standards, and go the extra mile, I’ve experienced the exact opposite. I was in an accident on Monday and was told to come in Tuesday at 10 a.m. to pick up a rental. I showed up on time, only to find the building empty — no staff inside, security cameras turned off, keys left out in the open, and the safe wide open.
