I booked a car online took a Uber to the location at my booking time and they said sorry our online booking is not accurate at least they got me a Uber home but I had 3 small children with me at it was more then a slight inconvenience if you value your time dont book from this location
This place is great fast friendly check-out
20 minutes before we are scheduled to pick up a pickup truck to move our daughter to college, we get a phone call that they don’t have any trucks until Monday (with zero apology or empathy from the gentleman that called(. Between the latest service received from Enterprise and Alamo, we are done renting from them for good. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not recommend.
