Our experience was horrible. We called and made a reservation with Shantell who told us that the car was available. However, when we arrived the car was not available and a gentleman was in the office who told us that the car wasn’t available. I stated that I just spoke to Shantell who told me the vehicle was available. He then stated that he doesn’t know a Shantell and he’s the only one in the office. I’ve rented from Rent-A-Prize a few times now, and every experience has been top-notch. Huge shoutout to Bailey and Darius for their exceptional customer service! Unfortunately, my car has been hit twice in the past two years and spent quite a bit of time in the shop. Each time, Bailey and Darius hooked me up with a great rental and made the whole process stress-free. They’re friendly, efficient, and really go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. I will 100% continue coming back here.

Customer service makes a world of difference. While I will say that enterprise, in general (not necessarily this location specifically), is renowned for having car shortages, the customer service significantly changes the experience. I’ve gone to another location in this area that is a bit closer to me and, while they aren’t awful, the lack of communication and effort put me off because it caused pickups and returns to be challenging and sometimes costly and time consuming. Absolutely unacceptable. There was no car available at my scheduled pickup time, and I was forced to wait at the branch for an hour and a half. The staff insisted I pay for additional insurance and threatened not to give me the car unless I agreed. The vehicle I eventually received was in terrible condition. The tire pressure was completely off (43 psi, though recommended pressure is 33 psi!), and there appeared to be a wheel issue that made the car shake dangerously at highway speeds.
