I had a reservation and they couldn’t find any cars for me. They did not even offer courtesy to let me know that the car is not going to be available. Also the dude working there was not helpful and lowkey rude. Do not recommend. Go to another branch. Buddy was talking about “I dont make promises I cannot keep” as if he is talking to his wife. I am just tryna know if my reserved car is gonna be available.

But I was lucky that I selected this Enterprise, and in particular James, the kind proprietor who was able to locate a suitable rental and kept in great touch with me about pickup and drop off.
