Semi stranded in Roswell with a car from my local Enterprise ..meaning my car was acting odd and the thought of a 5 hour drive back in flat land was a bit scary. Enterpise to the rescue! The manager was kind and helpful and put us in another car within minutes! Definitly thumbs up for customer service! 5 stars easily! Thank you!
This is specifically for the Enterprise at the Roswell airport. When I showed up to the airport it was 230 and my car rental was for 3:00pm after waiting about 30 minutes I called the main Enterprise because no one was there to give me my car. Carlos the assistant manager told me he was sending someone to help. I completely understand they dont staff if there are no planes landing.
