Lynn and Muhammad always kind and professional! I am a travel nurse and rent multiple cars for that purpose. I'm always in and out and if they are not at the desk I can call them on number provided at desk and instantly my car is pulled up and I'm out the door. The after hours drop off is really easy as well.
They open at 9 and no one is there at the location.
Very good customer service! I was nervous about there being a representative at 5 pm based on other reviews, but there was a representative and it worked out!
Easy reservation pickup and service was phenomenal. I had a flat tire on the day of return there was a donut and all the tools I needed to put it on. Notified the manager and they took care of everything. I definitely recommend I will return!
