Rent here weekly for mostly business but sometimes weekend trips. Staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. It will help if you start an Enterprise Plus account which helps you with reservations, billing, car preferences, and as a reward you earn perks (upgrades and free rentals) etc..
Kevin the manager is a nightmare to deal with. He is very unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend anyone to do business with him !
Great customer service! was in and on the road fast.
I have been renting from this location for yrs. Though they may change people from time to time I have always been treated great. About a yr ago I was running late and the manager at that time stayed late to make sure I got my rental car and saved my weekend get away.
