Showed up at the desk at 6:00pm with a question regarding my rental. It's already been a stressful day with ongoing delayed flights. The hours on the desk clearly state they're open until 7:00pm, but it's been almost an hour and nobody has showed up. If you're going to leave and close early, you should let your customers know rather than just leaving a sign saying you're "temporarily away from the desk" and just never coming back.
