Always get great customer service here! 5 Stars all around *****
Impossible to speak with a local agent. Phone just rings and rings, then transfers to somone at an Enterprise call center. They escalated the issue and said they would send a message to local Enterprise and said someone would call me back within the next 4 hours before they closed. No one did. Cancelled the reservation due to no response.
Jerry was fantastic in helping me with a car rental and coordinating some other vehicle logistics. Excellent customer service and he went above and beyond.
I rent there at least once a month lately. They have renting a car down to a science. Excellent staff and vehicles. Thank you
We've had to rent a car twice within the last 2 1/2 months and both times the car and the customer service at the office were excellent. Thank you all so much!!
