Very unprofessional staff! They never have the vehicles they say they have on the reservation. And no where on their reservation does it says you need a physical credit card. This place made me waste my time and did not even pay for an Uber for me to get back home. They know they can get away with this since they are the only car rental in town. Skip this place. If you need a car badly go to Medford or find another alternative.
Friendly staff, great customer service and ease of extending my reservation by multiple days.
