Made a reservation for a car 3 months ago, when I went to pick up my rental on Saturday there were no cars left for rent and there were 4 others in the office with reservations and no rental cars. Had to scramble to find an alternative hours before having to leave for a work event. Extremely poor response by staff, no attempt at offering any type of explanation or even a simple apology.
This is by far the best place to rent your next Car. Ask for Jerry. ! You will always get treated professionally! And cars are clean and full of gas !
