These guys are awful. Charged me $300 more than what the estimate was and then when I try to call at the end of the day when I’m done traveling they keep me on hold until 5pm. Avoid and go anywhere else.
Completely unreliable. Do not count on the car you rented actually being there. They'll try to give you something else, but charge the same fee. This is true even if you call to confirm. Rent at the Avis nearby or the Hertz.
There are friendly staff memebers at the Ponte Vedra Beach location, work quickly and managed multiple customers at same time with ease & patience while we checked out on Saturday.
highly recommend. Everything from start to finish was very professional and kind.
