We rented a minivan for a week. We had a minor issue with our reservation, but Gaurav made it right for us, no questions asked. We appreciate his professionalism and we will be back!

They are hanging up phones on customers constantly and no one cares! I went to the branch as rental was having some mechanical issues and Ahmed at this downtown location as always offered customer service above and beyond!!! He genuinely tries to help people! Amazing service. He is an asset at this branch. Ofcourse G, the manager is great and very helpful.
