While my car was being repaired I had a rental. I work in Hyde Park where there is an Enterprise office (literally 2 minutes from my office). I needed a ride to Car Star East, they refused to pick me. Based on my residental address they told me to attend at the Horton and Wellington office. When I called to book my rental reservation, no staff advised me of the difference in required deposit. I had to pay a $300.00 deposit. I had to renturn my rental at Dundas and Second Streets. I took back my rental today. Everyone was so professional and kind. I had great experience and a few laughs.. great people.
Amazing and impeccable service provided by Om, Zachary and G. Clean and organized place. They never cheat clients and strive their best even on the busiest days. Very fair and friendly staff! Always kind and helpful. Avoid associate name Simarpreet she tries to overcharge customers and pockets money. recommended!!
