I reserved a rental car through Costco for pickup at 9:00 AM today. The Enterprise location opened at 8:00 AM. When I arrived, the employee informed me that he did not have a vehicle available for my reservation, despite there being several vehicles on the lot. He stated that he had intended to call and notify me but had not gotten around to it. At the time, there were no other customers in the office.
