I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. The staff, especially Muskan Josoe, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She was very easy to talk to, always smiling, and made the whole rental process feel relaxed and stress-free. There was also another gentleman on the team who was equally helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the model I originally reserved wasn't available, so they upgraded me to an SUV at no extra charge, which I really appreciated.
