I had an excellent experience renting from Enterprise. I originally rented a pickup truck for one week, but the repairs on my own truck ended up taking much longer than anticipated, and I needed to extend my rental for almost three weeks. Nice place to rent a car, Enterprise always makes sure we get good cars and compensates for any unavailability or time delay as well. Moreover staff at this branch is very polite and friendly. Abby is a nice executive she guided well and dropped us home as well. overall it was a nice experience renting from here.

Extremely helpful and welcoming staff. We were assisted in choosing a vehicle and a package for our needs. Vehicle was in excellent condition. We ended up using it for two weeks straight.

Booked a full size car but got a small car instead. Honour the booking or at the very least provide an upgrade if you oversold your cars. The previous branch manager was fantastic. Different culture.
