Very happy with the customer service!
Unbelievable I called them to book a car and it was all set up by the agent including a pick up. He said it was a ten mile radius or a 16k, I live within the area. He told me to call the local office in 30 minutes to confirm, they then rudely and abruptly told me they would not pick me up as its outside their 5 k area...never will I ever deal with them.
