The car was clean and good quality. The Manager was amazing and so were the employees, I would give them all a 5 star rating, this is a great crew. If you want to rent a car in Kitchener/Waterloo, I highly recommend this location, I have rented from Enterprise a few times and am always very happy with their service.

I’ve been renting from Enterprise for a long time and pretty frequently, but this was my first time using this location. Really happy with the overall experience and customer service. The team was very easy to deal with, accommodating with timings, and never made anything complicated. I dealt with Oscar and he was great, helpful, and made the whole process smooth. Definitely had a great experience at this location and will be coming back!
