We had an issue where the detailers apparently hadn't closed the hood properly, and it flew open and cracked the windshield while driving. While the call centre routed our call to the US and the Brampton location was inaccessible due to a car pileup, the Georgetown location where we rented from was accommodating, apologized for the inconvenience, gave us additional insurance coverage and gas, and gave us a comparable rental so we could be on our way –we'll 100% rent from that location again! Made a appointment at the milton enterprise. Was supposed to be transferred georgetown. 3 weeks went by to get the date of my car repair appointment. I dropped my car off went to enterprise none of what they said was done my file was tlstill in milton and they had no cars. I had to wait 2hrs to receive a vehicle and there service was horrible. Worst experience ever
Clean and well maintained rental, pleasant staff at the Georgetown location. They were very easy to deal with when I needed a rental while my vehicle was getting repaired from getting rear-ended, and worked well with Insurance.
