Extremely hard to talk to anyone there because no one is answering the phone I have a reservation and it is for tomorrow
Turned away for not having an in-state driver's license. This is fine since it's their policy BUT from my understanding, proof of residency dated within 30 days showing you live within 50mi of this location...they should rent to you no problem. And I have active military ID so address shouldn't matter, according to the website. I'll just go to Pikeville.
