I had a great experience working with Denise who was very helpful. Emily also provided good service. My needs were met. The vehicle I had handled well and I enjoyed driving it. I have no complaints only compliments for the team.
My experience with enterprise was satisfying. I had a great experience with the car that was chosen for me and the agent Charlie was very professional and informative.
I needed a three week rental and I explained to them my situation that I only have a $500 card and no proof of bills in my name. The Manager said they would be able to take care of me still. I get there and they told me because I’m using their insurance. They’re not able to rent me the car unless I have the credit card or the proof of address. The lack of transparency almost risk me losing out on a big work opportunity that could’ve changed my life.
people are very friendly and informative and no pressure on buying extra insurance which I Love!!
