Whole experience was outstanding! Rental was quick and easy! Ricky was a great associate who went above and beyond to help!
From start to finish, they are professional, courteous, and very helpful.
Had to wait an hour and a half for a pick up. I do know that it’s a “courtesy “ but if there is no ride available then just tell the customer and perhaps another option might have been available. Really not necessary to have the customer wait and asked to keep calling back (sometimes someone answered sometimes not). The 3 stars is for customer service. The 2 employees - Denise and Trevor were professional and friendly as well as the manager upon returning the vehicle. The car was a simple, basic Nissan. It was new and clean.
