The day I went it was crazy busy and the lady was all alone, but she did her best to get everyone out of there quick and easy.
First time renting a car, needed a vehicle after my car needed repairs after an accident. Had a great experience with both Denise and Ricky. Both were kind and responsive to all questions and needs that I had. Would highly recommend this enterprise.
Ricky and the team at the Jackson location have been great to me each and every time I've needed a rental, most recently while my car was being repaired and the dealership needed to keep my car longer and longer they made extending the rental stress free during a very stressful time. Fantastic customer service
We were traveling out of state in order to bury my father-in-law. Ricky was very compassionate and kind after finding out the fail in getting us the vehicle that we reserved a week and a half prior. And that was greatly appreciated. But, Denise, who we initially dealt with was very apathetic and will make me wonder if I want to rent from Enterprise on a regular basis.
