My wife and I recently rented a vehicle from the Enterprise location in Jackson, NJ, and we had a truly positive experience. From the start, the staff was courteous, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable and fully informed about every aspect of the rental. When we returned the vehicle, it was close to closing time. We were traveling out of state in order to bury my father-in-law. Ricky was very compassionate and kind after finding out the fail in getting us the vehicle that we reserved a week and a half prior. And that was greatly appreciated. But, Denise, who we initially dealt with was very apathetic and will make me wonder if I want to rent from Enterprise on a regular basis.
