Very good experience with this rental car. We rent a few times a year since we are a single car family. Excellent customer service. This time, we needed a car while ours is under extensive repairs. When our insurance company denied the claim mid-trip (after pre-approving it) Enterprise allowed us to keep the corporate rate and extend a few days since the repairs were not complete.
Worked with a lady there and she was wonderful!!! Would rent from here again!!

We had a great experience with renting a vehicle for our Florida vacation ! The young lady that helped us on our trip arrangements, I believe her name was Cassie, but not positive. Was an amazing assistant. This is our 2nd year renting from enterprises. We bought their insurance to protect the vehicle and all the family that would be driving this car, which was a Jeep Wagoneer.
