When renting a car here I was told when picking up the car that it would cost me $30 a day and that insurance would be covering $20 a day. So I was responsible for the difference of $10 a day. I also expressed that I did not need additional insurance since an insurance company was paying for my rental car. I recieved a charge on my credit card the day after I returned the car that was double what was expected. Outstanding performance and quality assurance. Best rental car service I've used. I can not remember the name of the associate that helped me, but I would appreciate for her to know that the women that helped Robert Jenkins is an outstanding employee.
I have rented from enterprise west islip a number of times each of them having a great experience . The staff is professional as well as personal. They accomidate all your needs and concerns. I only rent from them.
