Amazing! They picked us up and dropped us off, we got a puncture which was entirely not their fault but they reimbursed us for it (I was just expecting it was bad luck and we would have to cover it). The car was great to drive, the staff (Curtis and Eric) were professional, friendly and did everything they could to make the experience easy and pleasant. Would not hesitate to use them again if I come back to the area.
Excellent costumer service. Car selection was great. Car was super clean. Highly recommend renting from the Harriman location. Thumbs up to the staff.
Never rent with them unless you have no other choice, they always try to rip you off!!! bad service.
Its not the first time that i use car rentals .but it is the first one that i was really satisfied what a great crew there they are an amazing staff with really great service. Even i have problems with the underage policy but they are trying to get me the best they could. ....therefore i give you a 5 star because you guys deserve it........
I've been renting from the Harriman enterprise location for a few years. When I book a online reservation, I've always received the rate I was quoted online. There was an instance where I was lucky enough to rent a luxury vehicle for the cost of a compact because they didn't have any compacts available! I can understand that some of the reps would try to upsell because it is part of their job. They even gave me the difference of the rate when I reserved a intermediate and received a compact instead. Bad manager!! it will not pay for you to take the trip with them to the pick up the manager will try at any way he can find to get double or triple the money you really have to pay. try other locations i had better experience at other then this. A happy Enterprise member.
