Joe and Connor at Enterprise took care of me 100% when I needed to rent a car after a collision with my own car. Joe picked me up at the collision center, Cole's in Nassau, and waited patiently while I was disheveled and retrieved my stuff from my wrecked car. This was at the end of his day. He then drove me to Enterprise to rent a car. The process was smooth and easy, especially since it was the same day of my own car's wreck. Rented a car from Amtrak Enterprise to Denver Airport.
This Enterprise is great! Ian and Joe are always very helpful and excellent in customer service. Never a problem when I rent with them. East Greenbush Enterprise always makes sure I am happy with what I received and any questions or concerns I have they are always quick with reliable information. These guys know their job very well and won't steer you wrong. They have a nice selection of vehicles to rent from and they are clean. I always turn to them when I'm in need of a car.
