They give raggedy vehicles to the insurance claim customers. So, if an insurance is providing you a rental vehicle due to an accident/claim- then this location will give you broken down cars and save the better ones for paying customers. I haven't rented as a paying customer- so I dunno how good their traditional cars are, but I'd assume they're better because they'd be outta business if they gave everyone broken down cars! My advice is to use another location if renting on an insurance claim!

The agents and staff at this Enterprise location are the best in the industry. Knowledgeable, accommodating and personable. We are repeat customers and have never had to wait for prompt service. We have also rented a variety of vehicle sizes and have been impressed with all the models we have gotten. Would not rent a vehicle from anyone else.
Kind and patient staff at the Belle Chasse location. They usually only have one person working and they always go the extra mile to help solve any issues here. I’d choose this location over the others available in the metro area.
