Humiliated and Wrongfully Accused by Enterprise Employee I have been a loyal customer of this Enterprise branch for over a year, consistently renting without any issues — until today. I went in to renew my rental car, and the representative, whose name I believe is Larry, treated me with complete disrespect and made shocking accusations. I was considering becoming a new customer, but after what I witnessed today, I will absolutely not be using Enterprise. While waiting in line, I observed an employee speak extremely rudely and aggressively to another customer over an energy bill. The employee accused the customer of forging documents — even going so far as to say they had “made forged documents in the past,” which is a serious and inappropriate accusation to make publicly.
