I would give ZERO stars if possible. After what happened today at the Enterprise branch in Hays, KS, I am completely done with this company. Yesterday, I booked and received confirmation for a midsize SUV for a one-way rental from Hays, KS, to Lincoln, NE. When I arrived today, I was told that the only vehicle they would give me was a Jeep Wrangler—which I obviously did not want to drive for four hours on the highway. Super busy location! But still did not take long at all too check in or out. The vehicle I rented was clean, The gas tank was full and everything worked as it was supposed to! Hands-down recommend You go see Amanda!
