This location doesn’t allow vehicles to be dropped off after hours, which meant I had to add a day to my trip. Never renting here again.
Amanda Askew @ Hays KS branch location was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! She took care of me throughout the entire process , I had been in an accident and my personal vehicle was in the shop for over a month getting repaired. As a travel nurse~ you could just about imagine my stress levels having to deal with this situation. Not ideal. But she made one of my worst days a complete breeze.
