If I could give zero stars I would. When you reserve a vehicle to rent you expect to pick it up. Showed up for our rental and were informed they have nothing to give us. After the 1 1/2 hour drive to tell us they didn’t even have one. Crazy to me.
5 stars just because of my agent at the Hays Kansas branch. She was very helpful
Would give zero out of 5. I called and reserved a 1/2 ton truck, was confirmed on the phone. Was sent an email confirmation as well. Drove an hour and a half to the location to pick up the truck (that was sitting in the lot) and was told it was already reserved for someone else, and they were t doing any more reservations for that day. Complete waste of time and gas. Lady said she tried to call me, but I missed it because I was driving. So yeah, wouldn’t rely on this place or you’ll be disappointed and possible stranded. Jeff is very unprofessional. Hung up on my mom after she called him out for being rude and interrupting her. Don’t come here unless you want to deal with a company that tolerates this behavior.
