My credit card was compromised when reserving a car. The Enterprise call center i believe is in the USA. Had to cancel my card from fraudulent charges. That being said, The lady I dealt with in Kelowna was great. But I will never book anything through enterprise again.
We had a great experience again with Enterprise went out of their way to make our pick up and drop off convenient. Definitely would use them again.
Even though I booked last minute, the staff at the Westbank location went OUT OF THEIR WAY to accommodate my needs. Very professional, friendly service. SUV was almost brand new, very clean. Excellent experience overall. I'll be back if I ever need to rent a vehicle again.
