I saw them for a second time this year. As was the case last time, I received friendly efficient service. The vehicle I rented was clean. Thank you Enterprise!
Brand new car. Fast service. They had bleach bomb the car for cleaning and dealtaing. I didn't like the smell. I went back and they asked if I want a different car they would exchange right away. I didn't change cars. I rolled down the windows for a few hours smell was gone. Smelled band new again.

Worst Place to rent a vehicle, rented a vehicle yesterday to pick it up today at 10am, went there at 10, didn’t have the vehicle ready told me they would call me by 12, had to call them at 1pm, didn’t have the car ready until 5pm, which doesn’t work out for me.. didn’t help me AT ALL, hung up on MOE since he wasn’t helpful and offering any solutions, my wife called at 3pm to see if any updates, MOE asked if I was there as soon as I said HELLO, he hung up on me?
