Parker at the St Thomas location went above and beyond to ensure we could have a vehicle and delivery it back on a Sunday as well as the ins & outs of their insurance coverage
Had a really great experience with these guys! The whole process was smooth from start to finish—booking was easy, pickup was quick, and the jeep was clean and in excellent condition. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made everything hassle-free, which is exactly what you want when traveling. Drop-off was just as simple, with no surprises or delays. Great experience when picking up my rental while week long warranty work is completed in my vehicle, excellent customer service from the gentleman in the shuttle to in store and picking up the rental, was fast and easy.
The experience was very friendly, the staff was very accommodating, the vehicle was perfect and questions where answered clearly with care
