I had to get a rental through Enterprise through auto insurance. They were very transparent on how long I would keep the car, anything they required for us to return the car, transparency in purchases, and extensions. I initially paid $150 as a hold for incidentals which I got back after returning the car. I needed to pay out-of-pocket after the insurance claim was completed and it was very cheap. The staff is friendly and professional. The vehicle is clean and reliable. The staff offered a ride, which is greatly appreciated.
Michaela was Totally AWESOME! Full Service, Smiling Happy Face and can and does run the place all by herself. I know she's already an assistant manager, but it's time to promote her to the next level. I hope you'll make her the Branch Manager for the South Pasadena store, so I can continue to enjoy the EXCELLENT Customer Service she provides! I will continue to rent with Enterprise because of her!

Brian and Micayla at the Pasadena location were terrific! Even when the office was busy, they were very accommodating, patient and ready to help their customers. They were easy to communicate with and made the whole process smooth. Couldn’t recommend them and this branch more!
