Michaela was Totally AWESOME! Full Service, Smiling Happy Face and can and does run the place all by herself. I know she's already an assistant manager, but it's time to promote her to the next level. I hope you'll make her the Branch Manager for the South Pasadena store, so I can continue to enjoy the EXCELLENT Customer Service she provides! I will continue to rent with Enterprise because of her!

Brian and Micayla at the Pasadena location were terrific! Even when the office was busy, they were very accommodating, patient and ready to help their customers. They were easy to communicate with and made the whole process smooth. Couldn’t recommend them and this branch more!
I'm probably spelling her name wrong, but McKayla provided excellent customer service. Friendly, attentive and made the rental process very easy.
My experience at Enterprise was great. Micalah and Brian assisted me and they were both very professional, courteous and helpful. The gentleman that picked me up from the car repair shop to bring me to Enterprise for my Car Rental was also great. I enjoy great customer service and they definitely provided that. I will definitely use Enterprise again in the future.
