I recently rented a car from Enterprise on Burke Rd in Burke, Virginia, from a Wednesday to a Monday. Customer service was exceptional. My vehicle was clean and ready to go with a full tank of gas when I arrived for pick-up. I only had to wait a short time until the agent was finished with another customer. Horrible.had a reservation for a month. Confirmed a week before, get there and do not have the van reserve . The people behind us wanted a luxury car and they gave them a Durango . Poor customer service and no point in having reservation . 0 stars if I could
