Friendly staff. I was able to rent & return vehicle with breeze.
I am Enterprise Loyal Customer and I wish I could give a negative review for this location. I booked a full size car on 8th October, 2025 on Thursday for which I got an old Ford Escape with 60000+ kms on it with lots of existing scratches on it and with fuel remaining for 519kms till empty i.e. 75% of tank full. When I went on highway with this car the front bumper was vibrating so bad and felt so loose that anytime it could have opened up and rammed through the front wind shield onto me and my family's face. I made a reservation one month in advance for a pick up truck. 20 minutes before the reservation was to start, I received a phone call saying the truck needed new tires and would not be ready for me at the time I had specified. I was offered a choice of two different SUVs. I reluctantly accepted one of the SUVs and then was told that it would not be ready until the following day, and asked if I wanted the other option. I made a reservation for a mini van for my family, and especially called beforehand to confirm if the mini van vehicle can be guaranteed. The representative ensured me the vehicle reserved has no any problem. When I went there to pick up the vehicle, I was told they can not find the mini van. They gave me a large SUV which I do not need. Sigh!
Called in advance. Was assured someone would be there at 4:45. No one to be found. Was stranded. Completely unprofessional.
