Great experience with a rental in June. Respectful and proffesional staff make all the difference. Omar T was excellent.
Robust atmosphere, prompt service. Pickup and drop off were easy. I had to wait 5 minutes because they were getting suv from somewhere and they gave me pickup so i dont have to wait at all. Overall 10/10. Definitely using it for future rental. Just one thing of you can add after hours drop off that would be super. Keep up the good work.
Extremely disappointed in our booking experience. We booked a 6+ seater SUV weeks ago for 1 week rental. We were contacted 5pm the night before picking up the vehicle (even though I completed the online checkin) only to be told there are no 6+ seaters available due to a vehicle recall. The male Staff was very polite and professional but we are left the night before our family vacation with no vehicle. I called the call centre and was able to secure a rental at another Enterprise location.. only to be called 1hr before pickup... read more
Omar assured my that there was no damage to the vehicle I rented from here. I identified a clear scratch on the vehicle and showed it to him, he assured me that the scratch was too small to be an issue. I returned the vehicle the same day to another enterprise location and they are now coming after me for damages for the same scratch I identified prior to renting it. I am sure they will resolve this issue, but the lack of communication or consistency between rental locations has resulted in unnecessary stress and hassle. Fol... read more
I would strongly recommend against making a reservation at this location. I had reserved a Premium SUV for a 25 day road trip for June 26. On June 25, I received a message from the Enterprise Rep that a Premium SUV was not available. On the morning of June 26 (9am), they not only did not have a premium SUV they didn't have any SUV. Eventually, they offered an intermediate SUV, but I was still waiting and the estimated ETA was 10:30AM.
