I had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to Omar T. Even though it was a busy Saturday just before closing with a line forming, he was incredibly friendly and professional. He took the time to make me feel valued and appreciated. Similar to Kajan's experience from another review, I had reserved a 6+ seat SUV well in advance and days before I was going to pick up my rental vehicle, their office called me to inform there was no SUV of this size available for me and invited me to contact the competition to find one. As per their representative, due to a sudden recall there were no SUVs of this size in all Ottawa area Entreprises.
