1. We rented a car for a day trip to Jasper which was quite far. We booked the car in advance for 8:00 but there were other people there when we arrived. We waited, but one group of guests took almost an hour to get the car. We didn’t get the car until around 9:00. There was a lot of delay. We suggest that those who have a reservation should go first. 2. My reason for posting is the truly exceptional service of Tristan in Banff. We have been to 54 countries and as I told my wife he gave the most incredible, personalized, friendly and efficient service I've ever encountered. He should be rewarded! We rented our car June 30 to July 7, 2025.

Denn sie schlagen Hertz Autoverleihservice vor, das schon geschlossen hat. Ich werde nie ein Auto von Enterprise ausleihen bei so einem schlechten Service.
