Even you made reservations, when you arrived there at 8am, the staff just said they don’t have any car, nothing can do for you, destroy your travel plan without apology, no function of the reservation, so ridiculous. Don’t rent car here.

Seamless booking pickup and return. Car was perfect too Would definately rent again.
1. We rented a car for a day trip to Jasper which was quite far. We booked the car in advance for 8:00 but there were other people there when we arrived. We waited, but one group of guests took almost an hour to get the car. We didn’t get the car until around 9:00. There was a lot of delay. We suggest that those who have a reservation should go first. 2.
