Unfortunately I have to say that this is a very bad place to rent a car. If you have to rent from this business in Quesnel, watch out otherwise you'll get ripped off with hidden fees and your security deposit. I had a terrible experience with them especially that lady in the front who rent you the car.
Terrible place to rent a car from. If you have to rent from them, watch out for hidden fees after you return it and your security deposit. I had a bad experience with them. Especially the lady in the front desk isn't nice at all at least with me. She's not professional and she manages to take money from you with fake reasons so well.

I would like to commend agent Laurie out of the Quesnel,BC location. I experienced some challenges with my flight plans. She was very accommodating and went out of her way to assist me. I would recommend her services to anyone travelling to north central BC.
