Due to a personal vehicle issue I had to extend my rental several time. Thanks to the Truro office and Crystal the process was easy and smooth. Will rent from this location again for sure.
Great customer service
I have received fabulous service from Enterprise. I car was rented for me through my insurance following my car being severely damaged by some sweet soul hitting the door and driving away. The whole process involving Enterprise was seamless and flawless. I had nothing to worry about and I even received a follow up phone call to check on my satisfaction and to answer any questions. Definitely five star service.
