This operation is the worst car rental I have ever experienced. I reserved with Enterprise because of their business model of picking you up, and the person on the phone implied they would pick me up at the cruise port, as requested. When I arrived, they said they wouldn’t and couldn’t pick up at the ship. Or anywhere else, apparently. The shuttle they run is only for the airport location. So I had to take a cab to Enterprise. Employees and the car was great. However I was told that I could be picked up at the cruise terminal on Lihue and 2 days before I was emailed and told that they would not.
The staff and service at this location are excellent. David went above and beyond to help finalize our arrangements and show us around the car. They are very thoughtful and kind. We had a great experience
Service was delivered friendly, informatively, and quickly.
David, at the Aukele location, on Kauai was very helpful and made renting a car enjoyable! Thanks for giving us a jeep while visiting your beautiful island!
