Great customer service and they go beyond to improve your rental experience. I had to wait for my car due to servicing it and they upgraded me at no charge
They need to clean the seats in their cars a little better. They tried to give me two different cars that had stained front seats. I refused both. I finally was directed to a cleaner car in which I rented. Love the location, just clean the seats please.
Recently rented a car from the missouri city, TX site. The gentleman I first interacted with was great and provided excellent customer service. However when I dropped off the car, I got charged ~$95 more than I should have on my credit card. I called and was redirected to Zack Goldstein (I assume he was the branch manager) who failed to get back to me on numerous occasions regarding the charge.
