Robert is a real professional. Had like 3x the amount of reservations to cars available and HANDLED IT. People were returning trashed and literally crashed cars there were computer problems, phone ringing, hella people in the lobby meanwhile every single customer was SATISFIED in reasonable time. All that on a Monday morning. Positive attitude the entire time. I can tell he truly cares about the customers! He needs a raise!

Rented a car in Oakhurst for a month. Easy, friendly service both at check in and returning. Car was dependable and I had to change the oil because I drove so much, all free and quick at Firestone with just a phone call to Firestone. The car I had displayed a message when the oil needed to be changed also it had tire pressure sensors which was great as I drove across the country and back. Decent price as I used USAA perks program.
We had an incident with our car from another branch. Diego was able to help us out with no delays in our trip and get us into not only a vehicle with no issues, but upgraded. Thank you, Diego, from our family!
