1/10! I have rented cars with this location multiple times and loved every car and service we got each time. Unfortunately today I had rented a compact SUV for a long drive to a wedding. I booked this car 7 days in advance and received a phone call to confirm the booking the day before pick up so this car should have been ready for us. They sent me an email saying I had a reservation booked through insurance. I arrange a ride there, wait 15 minutes for someone to show up at the desk and then they tell me they have no cars. So I have to call my ride and have them come all the way back to get me. Completely unprofessional and wasted hours of my day.
