The folks over at the Oxford Street W. location in London were super to deal with. The service was prompt and professional. Same with the location in Grimsby where we dropped off our rental. The vehicle we had was clean and seemed well maintained. No issues at all. Thank you for the great customer service Enterprise.
Professionalism, kind and helpful with clean cars.
That was in a vehicle accident and was going to pick a car up at the London Oxford West location. The insurance company had contacted them and I had given them the reservation number. I waited approximately 1/2 hour as they cleaned the car. The car came to me smelling of cigarette smoke with cigarette ashes all over the dash. I called and told them about the issue. The service in customer care including car cleaning was completely absent.
