BM from Aug 19th afternoon, is arrogant and demanded my pay slip to use corporate booking. Indeed, I checked with our head office and it is not a requirement. Anyways, being so rude is unacceptable. Acting cocky and says he knows everything. Raised a complaint through our headoffice to Enterprise Corporate. Hopefully this guy learns about common courtesy.
I am a regular customer at the Oxford Location for many years- I had some issues with my rental this time but the new managment was very understanding and took care of everything and made things right. I had never had a serious issue with a car before in many years so i was very impressed and grateful that the new manager clearly demonstrated good faith and prioritizes/values repeat business the customer loyalty above else. I had only one issue in 5+ years and it was handled super proffesionally by the new Manager.
