Excellent customer service, vehicle was immaculate, easy pick up & drop off.
Bonica was bad. She did not explain the cost of the insurance to me. I will file a complaint against her and against this branch because they are not professional at all. They are thieves. They never explained the insurance to me, even though I returned the car before its due time, but they still charged me for an extra day. I want to speak to the person responsible for this branch.
If I could give a negative 100 I would, I have gone to this location for the last 2 years and rent almost weekly, I am an elite member. I’ve never had any issues up until today. My reservation was 9:30 I arrive a few minutes early as usual. Upon arriving there was one employee who said she was the branch manager. Super Unprofessional… multiple staff in store and no one even acknowledged me when I was there until I left. They just sat at their desks talking about the staff members birthday dinner. They were blasting music on a speaker, place was a mess, guy before me was complaining about the vehicle he rented before (potential alignment issues)… Wouldn’t recommend.
