Friendly staff and offer new cars for rent
I had a vehicle booked and called and left a voicemail the day before to advise that our travel plans had changed slightly and we would be arriving the next day, and still wanted the car we had reserved, despite arriving late. I called back the next day to inquire about their hours/after-hours pickup and was told they had been trying to reach me (I hadn't received a single call) because there had been recalls and they may not have a vehicle available.
