Hours of operation are not as per mention Says office operation hours from 12-5 on weekend I waited 45 min called 3 time to agnet to show up. Being local residents of city yet I had charged for premium location fee. As the city office car rental office is marked as off. I not at all satisfied with treatment, staff behaviour was perfect, just office functioning needs corrections.
Friendly service and no issues with the vehicle. We booked the mystery vehicle and were able to opt for a minivan, which was perfect for our trip.
The young lady who helped me was very kind.
