If I could give 0 stars, I would. Booked a vehicle well in advance for my visit to see family in St. Stephen. We had an entire day trip booked the second day of my rental to P.E.I. when I went to the location to pick up the vehicle I was told it would be a later pick up near the end of the day and he would call me. He never called so I went back and he told me he could not get ahold of the person with the vehicle and when I asked him for a solution he told me there was not one. I called Enterprise Rent a Car in St Stephen two weeks in advance spoke to Jack and booked a car from Friday August 18 to Monday August 21. We agreed on the phone on the rental price for this period and that I will come on Friday at 4 pm and pay and get a car. I even called the second time to make sure it is next Friday and not coming Friday. I was coming from the States and had a reservation in St. John, but then I noticed this location right across the border. Kevin made a phone call, my reservation was moved to this location and I was quickly on my way. Top notch service.
