During our recent phone interaction, Shavonne demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism. When she called to inform us that the company did not have the inventory required for our reservation, she was unable to communicate the situation clearly and used an unnecessarily condescending tone when speaking with my husband. My insurance had booked a vehicle with this company. The vehicle they gave me (Jeep Renegade) was dirty. It looked like someone had taken it off roading. Here are my notes 1. The window was dirty, so I used the windshield vipers + fluid to clean it. After a few tries the windshield fluid light came on because there was no fluid in it. 2. The tire pressure light came on because all the tires were 5psi less than they were supposed to be. One tire was 7 psi less. I had to inflate it. 3. Vehicle was dirty.
