Booking, pick up, drop off so easy & so close to where I live. Great employees!
I’ve rented from this location many times for business travel, but today’s experience was incredibly disappointing. When I returned my rental, I asked—like I normally do—if someone could drop me off about 2 miles away. The person who checked me in told me that everyone was at lunch, even though another employee was clearly sitting in the office scrolling on her personal phone. Fast, efficient and no problems.
These people talk rudely to "certain" customers. This is a very unruly location. From Management on down to the trainees that talk to u while talking on the phone at the same time. Like, "Who are you talking to? Me or them?" Very unprofessional and I won't refer anyone and will put the word out about you. Like I am now. Happy Rodeo!
